What to expect…

  • Initial Session

    The first time we meet, I will go over what to expect and answer any questions you may have. I will then ask you some questions to get to know you and your story a little bit better.

  • Identify Your Goals

    Part of the therapeutic process is defining and setting goals. Sometimes we present to therapy without knowing what our goals are, we just know something isn’t working. That’s okay! Together we will identify the goals you will work towards throughout the therapeutic process.

  • Make A Plan

    After you have identified your goals we will work together to make a plan. This plan will act as a guide for therapy sessions along with plans to implement new ways of thinking and doing outside the walls of therapy.

  • Coaching

    For some clients who meet the criteria for an in-depth DBT approach, skills coaching will be available outside individual session times. Additional fees will apply.

  • Trust the Process

    Change doesn’t come from staying inside our comfort zone. Therapy is hard work, but the rewards are endless. I will teach you skills you can use and build upon the rest of your life.
